In February 2023, Wuhan Xinyuan Semiconductor's ultra-low power consumption family added a new member - 32-bit M0+ core MCU CW32L052 series chips.
CW32L052 is a single-chip low-power microcontroller based on eFlash, which integrates ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core with a main frequency of up to 48MHz, high-speed embedded memory (up to 64K bytes of FLASH, maximum of 8K bytes of RAM), and supports up to 55 Road I/O interface.
Peripherals include: 1-way 12-bit ADC, 3-way UART (supporting LIN communication interface), 2-way SPI, 2-way IIC, analog voltage comparator, low voltage detector, multi-channel timer and up to 8×36 segment LCD driver and other functional modules.
The working temperature of CW32L052 is -40℃~85℃, and the wide working voltage is 1.65V~5.5V. It supports two low-power working modes, Sleep and DeepSleep. The working current in DeepSleep mode is only 500nA, and the wake-up time from this mode is only It is 4us.
As a supplement to the popular low-power MCU in the market, CW32L052 has inherited the excellent design concept and framework of CW32L083, and has carried out partial simplification and optimization on the basis of CW32L083 to reduce costs without compromising performance.
At present, two packaging products, LQFP64 and LQFP48, have been launched, which can be widely used in the fields of Internet of Things, portable medical care, smart home and so on.
The official website of Wuhan Xinyuan Semiconductor has released technical documents such as data sheets, user manuals, and application notes of CW32L052 series MCUs, as well as supporting SDK materials such as StartKit development board materials, underlying peripheral driver software libraries, and application routines.
At the same time, ample-chip can provide samples for free, welcome to choose and buy for testing.
