Following the automotive-grade dual-mode smart surface single-chip SOC TCAE11 and TCAE31, four more products from Shanghai Taisiwei have recently passed the AEC-Q100 reliability verification. These four products are highly integrated Signal chain SoC TCA025 and general MCU product TC01E, and 4-channel and 6-channel IO buffers TCIB04 and TCIB06.

TCA025 integrates ARM Cortex M0 low-power core. In addition to integrating 64 KB eFlash and 8KB SRAM, as well as standard SPI, UART, I2C, and LIN communication interfaces on the chip, the following characteristic peripherals have been developed for sensor applications:


High performance analog peripherals:

High Current IO Buffers TCIB04 and TCIB06

The other two car-grade products TCIB04 and TCIB06 of Taisilicon are 4-channel and 6-channel high-current IO buffers. As the MCU process develops to a higher-level process, the cost of the wafer mask increases significantly. In order to reduce the chip area and reduce the cost, the IO drive capability of the advanced process MCU is significantly reduced, but some application scenarios require a higher drive capability of the IO port. , TCIB04 and TCIB06 have an IO fan-out capability of up to 24mA, which is a good supplement for applications that require high current drive capability.
